Linens are NOT provided - Please bring your own linens & laundry items (sheets/pillowcases/towels/washcloths) & laundry detergent.  Please bring extra blankets, too!  Don't forget your beach towels!

The mattresses and pillows are covered with antimicrobial covers and are sanitized after each guest stay - this has always been our policy! 

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with a microwave, 2-burner cooktop stove, large double sink, and granite counter tops.                Utensils/cookware, 2 crockpots, an instant pot, toaster, toaster oven, and a small blender are provided for your use. (please note: there is not a full size oven or dishwasher in the unit)

Walk-In Tile Shower in the full bathroom.

Ceramic tile Floors throughout the unit.

2 Roku Smart TVs - a 50” TV on the wall in the living room & 27” TV in the bedroom - Bring your logins for all your favorites (Netflix, Hulu, Prime video, Disney+, Roku Channel, etc.)

There is also a stack washer & dryer in the unit for your use. 

2 Beach chairs, 2 Boogie Boards, and some sand toys are provided.

Beach is steps away with a public outdoor shower coming off the beach or an outdoor shower is available on the 1st floor of the building by the pool.

Indoor Pool (open from Memorial Day until SunFest) 

 

One reserved parking spot, located directly behind the Decatur House building (parking permits are required, you will be issued a permit before your stay)

One first come, first serve guest parking spot in the lot across the street behind the building. (If you will need a guest parking permit, please let us know so that we can issue you a guest permit as well)

Storefronts located on the 1st floor of Decatur House include a Subway and retail stores!

Bus Stop located behind the building. (Fee required)

Dandy Don's Bike and Surrey Rentals located right beside us.  

OC Tram is also available during the peak summer season down the boardwalk. (Fee required)

Within walking distance to restaurants, sweets, ice cream, amusements, shopping & so much more!!!!
